Our warehouse studio artist lofts and rooms sleep 1-21 Guests each. Reservations are booked 2 people per bed. Rooms are equally nice, designed comfortabely, and are assigned based on the size of your group and availability. Rooms can be combined or "added" to your reservation to accomadate larger groups. We are not a hostel and do not mix groups. All suites are private for the people included on your reservation.
Pricing is per person-per night. All guests staying at Jordan's Warehouse must be checked-in. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Registered visitors may be allowed for event space use with an additional fee. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay.
Anyone who misrepresents the nature of their stay will have their reservation cancelled WITHOUT REFUND and will not be allowed on the property.
You must be 26 years old or older to make a reservation. We allow all ages while traveling with adults. We will not allow a group or gathering for majority age of 25 or younger. We prefer out-of-town guests to avoid unauthorized local parties, additional stipulations may be placed on local residents.

Due to the nature of our Large Group Stay Business Model, we do not refund deposits on cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date.
50% of deposit is refundable for cancellations made at least 31 days prior to reservation date.
Payments are made in full at the time of your reservation. This payment is considered your deposit and is applied to your reservation.
